I have a Johnson 135hp outboard motor and its not starting. I've replaced the Power Pack and all the ign coils on it all NEW, along with the rectifier NEW.

It's still not starting? The Boat has been siting around for 2 years. I mit just change the Stator also. Someone told me you can't start the motor without it being in water first for it to start, I think thats BS but what do I know?

Johnson is a 135 hp 1975, was rebuilt in 1998 and has been siting for 2 years. You could also call me anytime.
