My 25 hp johnson (year 1975-85?) outboard motor is not cycling water through and is not cooling the engine. I checked out the impella and pump and everything seems to be fine. The problem seems to be in the water jacket. If anyone could provide me with some help on the water flow of the assembly or any other things I may be able to check it would be greatly appreciated.
